Intentional Beginnings Meet NeMeia Washington, Founder of Intentionally Evolve With over 20 years in behavioral health & a deep passion for self-care, NeMeia Washington understands the struggle of trying to do it all. As a wife, mother, business owner, & mental health advocate, she has lived through the exhaustion of balancing multiple roles while neglecting her own well-being—until she found a better way. At one point, NeMeia was juggling two full-time jobs, raising a young son with minimal support, & pursuing a graduate degree in psychology. The burnout was intense—leaving her physically, mentally, & emotionally drained. Through therapy, self-reflection, & small but intentional changes, she discovered powerful coping strategies. Journaling became her lifeline, helping her process emotions, reduce stress, & regain control. But self-care didn’t stop there. NeMeia found that planning & organization were just as essential in creating balance. When she couldn’t find journals & planners that met all her needs, she decided to create them—& so, Intentionally Evolve was born. Today, NeMeia is on a mission to help other busy women prioritize their self-care without guilt.
