All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location & selected shipping method. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily ship through USPS, but may use other reliable carriers as needed to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Return & Refund Policy
At Intentionally Evolve, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, & non-returnable items.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number & a photo if something isn’t right—we’ll take care of it.

Apparel is made to order & non-returnable unless defective. Be sure to review the size chart before checking out.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, & in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return products to the manufacturer.
Digital items (downloads, e-books, challenges, etc.) are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your download, just reach out—we’ll help you get what you need.
